How do you propose to do so?
Tell me, how do you propose to do what the sticker just above the wheel says?
"To Serve and Protect"
That would be a big question mark for me. The one in Barricade's (Transformers) police car would be a better sticker option. "To punish and enslave..."
Yes, riding in this heap of junk would be enough punishment for criminals. The only problem here is... Will it run?
Oh well, I think "Quezon City's pride" is not something to be proud after all.
- Hail a cab, it will run faster. -Anonymous

Contributor A- Thanks for the e-mail!
These photos were just taken today, June 14,2008 Saturday between 9am and 1130am according to the photo contributor.
PNPA Commemorative plate
This is really not a good place to put your LTO license plates in. You would first be fined because your plate is not in the correct place and second, you are using commemorative plates in what is supposed to be the place for the original LTO plate.
Same goes to the 2 photos below.
Kawanis Commemorative plate "LC"
LTO Commemorative plate "OTEP"
Just e-mail your photos and contribution at spotsquad@gmail.com
Suggestions and violent reactions also accepted.

Lesser evil of them all?
Mirror mirror.. which is the lesser evil (in order) of them all?
4th place - Obstructed vision
Dark covered glass plate cover
Not clearly visible at night and makes vehicle identification hard.
3rd place - Untraceable plate
LTO commemorative plate "3128"
Can easily be transfered and LTO has no record if this. I've tried to purchase back then and they just gave me the plate without even asking for my OR/CR or any vehicle identification papers so I know this.
2nd place - Feeling Congressman plate
The famous eight plate (Otso plate)
The 8-plate is for Congress people use only. Real 8-plate comes in pairs to be attached in the back and front. This one has it attached on the front part of the vehicle only.
...and now, the grand award...
1st place - Literally breaks the "No plate, No travel policy"
"Look Ma, no plates!"
Although he has his window rolled down so that people can see him clearly, he still has no plates on his face.

Correct way to display commemorative plates
This is the proposed correct way to display commemorative plates in the Philippines.
Commemorative plates must be above, below, on the right or left side of the original LTO issued license plate number. The LTO issued plate should not be covered or transferred to other places like the windshield.
Even if JEEPNEYS are rowdy drivers, they know the rules.
Some private motorists don't. Maybe they are just misinformed. Well, this blog is made to inform you.

Is this a Brand New SUV? I do not make a big deal out of those "NEW" cars with no plates in Metro Manila.
Same conduction sticker
But this one doesn't have license plates at the back and has one in front.

MMDA Vehicle counter-flow. Are they allowed? Do they have powers?
