Cops, should set a good example to citizens. How can people follow street laws if the police themselves do not do so?

No plate, no travel policy?

I, myself immediately complied when I heard the illegality to display commemorative plates in place of the original LTO plate. What makes other people exempted? They might not get caught but, I spotted them!
