I am not new in blogging. In fact, I've several blogs already but none related to this one.

There is this current issue about commemorative plates now being flagged down by traffic enforcers, police and the likes. First of all, when the government signed and approved the usage of these commemorative plates, they didn't clear it out that, it should not supersede the original LTO plate. In fact, sellers of such plates only informed buyers that the original LTO plate should be under the commemorative plate. Not on the left or right side, below or above but UNDER the LTO plate.

2 wrong moves here by the government. When you purchase such plates, it comes with an approval letter from Secretary Leandro Mendoza. Why is the said RULE not indicated in the approval letter? The second mistake was, the sellers not informing and deceiving the buyers.

This blog I made is for street violators. Not only for those who uses commemorative plates illegaly but, for other violators and the likes too in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Who knows? you mght spot your own car here or worst, a cop asking for bribe money.

*No bad intention here but, I am just doing this as a car enthusiast and as my photography hobby, at the same time.

**If you have questions, objections or clarifications, feel free to comment on my future posts. If you think you had not violated any street laws, feel free to comment or e-mail me, the author at spotsquad@gmail.com

***Remember the Filipino saying, "Bato bato sa langit, ang tamaan, huwag magagalit. Ang pikon ay laging talo." In English, "Stones from heaven, those who get hit shouldn't get angry. Sore losers always lose."
