AGLIPAY Plates - Back and Front?!
This is also the first time I saw one of these plates. Are they commemorative plates? Whatever they are, I am sure they are not LTO Plates and this is a violation to the law.
I've got several of my friends volunteering to take photos so, violators, see you here! :)
