Triple Threat!

http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/922/hulika4ow9.jpg
Three Violations in one car!
Violations:
1. LTO commemorative plates"2279"
2. Semi-tinted glass plate cover
3. Strobe lights (Reb-Blue) in the grills

I took this photo because he was using a commemorative plate the wrong way. According to the law / rule, the commemorative plate can only be displayed if it does not supersede the original LTO plate. The strobe lights just came as a bonus after I zoomed in the original photo.

You cannot place it in the back to cover the LTO plate at the back. You cannot do that in front either. You can display the commemorative plate in the right side or left side of the original LTO plate provided that you have the commemorative plate sticker in your windshield. This was according to the news article I read earlier in the Philippine Star (main section).
