PNPA Commemorative plate
This is really not a good place to put your LTO license plates in. You would first be fined because your plate is not in the correct place and second, you are using commemorative plates in what is supposed to be the place for the original LTO plate.

...of you putting your plates on. You might as well remove it because from afar, it looks like you don't even have plates.

These are the kinds of dark plate glass covers that are being apprehended. They should be strict with these kind of covers because it can be used in crimes here.

One is enough...Two is too many...

AGLIPAY Plates - Back and Front?!

This is also the first time I saw one of these plates. Are they commemorative plates? Whatever they are, I am sure they are not LTO Plates and this is a violation to the law.
